清末民初榕商之发展特征初探

近代中国被迫开埠后，榕商在新的时代背景下，不断进行自．我调适，发生了诸多新的变化。在不同阶段榕商的发展特征也存在差异，清末民初榕商主要有三方面的变化：一是榕商的结构呈现传统与新式并存的现象，商人身份复杂多样；二是榕商新的组织形式——商会成立；三是榕商的思想观念出现诸多新变化，在新观念的指引下，榕商积极参与地方社会事业。

A Preliminary Study on the Development Characteristics of Rong Merchant during Late Qing Dynasty and Beginning of the Republic of China

In modem China was forced to open port, Rong merchant under the background of new era, they ongoing self adjustment, and has had many new changes. The development characteristics of different stages of Rong merchant are difference, in the late Qing and beginning of Min Rong merchant mainly has the following three chan- ges ： firstly, the structure of Rong merchant appear coexistence of traditional and modern, businessman identity com- plex; secondly, the establishment of Rong＇s new organizational forms chamber of commerce; thirdly, there are many new changes in Rong merchant＇s thought, under the guidance, business actively involved in local social.
