水土流失区农业耦合模式选择

摘    要:农业是水土流失治理的关键领域,农户是水土流失治理的行为主体.采用农户调查资料,构建了产投比、区域收入系数和利益平衡系数等指标分析水土流失区常见农业耦合模式经济效益及其分配情况.效益排序结果表明,产投比为杨梅>芋头>板栗>茶叶>养鸭>烟草>养猪>水稻;区域收入系数为茶叶>芋头>烟草>水稻>板栗>杨梅>养鸭>养猪;利益平衡系数为水稻>茶叶>烟草>芋头>板栗>杨梅>养鸭>养猪;综合为茶叶>芋头>烟草>杨梅>板栗>水稻>养鸭>养猪.总体而言规模种植模式优于规模养殖模式,带给当地农户的收益更多,收益分配更均衡,可行性更高,建议政府采取适当的鼓励措施.

Abstract:Agriculture is the key field for soil erosion control, while farmer is the major participator. Ba- sing on household survey data, indicators, such as ratio of output to input (ROI) , regional income coeffi- cient (RIC) , profit balance coefficient (PBC) etc. were created to analyze common agricultural-coupling styles' profits and their distribution in soil erosion controlling area. Descending order of benefit arc bay- berry, taro, chestnut, tea, ducks, tobacco, pig and rice in ROI, tea, taro, tobacco, rice, chestnut, bayberry, ducks and pig in RIC, rice, tea, tobacco, taro, chestnut, bayberry, ducks and pig in PBC, and tea, taro, tobacco, bayberry, chestnut, rice, ducks and pig in overall. Large-scale farming styles were better than large-scale breeding styles because of its more revenue to local farmers, more balance in income distribution and more feasible in practice, therefore some appropriate incentives should be pro- posed by government.
