摘    要:对食品中硼砂含量的分光光度法、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP—AES)和电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP—MS)、离子色谱法(IC)等检测方法进行比较研究。结果表明,虽然分光光度法、ICP—AES、ICP—MS为国标GB/T21918--2008中采用的方法,但均存在一定的局限性,离子色谱法因快速、方便、环保而被逐步推广。

Abstract:This is used for comparative analysis of methods for detection of borax in food products, inclu- ding spectrophotometric, inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry ( ICP - AES), inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP- MS) and ion chromatography. The results show that, although the spectrophotometry, ICP- AES and ICP- MS is used in the standard GB/T 21918 --2008, but there are some limitations. Ion chromatography is promoted step by step for rapid, convenient and environmental - friendly.
