| 摘 要： | 在媒体轰炸的时代，新闻已经成了我们日常生活的重要的组成部分。修辞篇章（rhetorical discourse）具有五个特点：计划性、适切受众、动机性、反应性和适切形势。新闻报道符合修辞篇章的特点。新闻篇章的特点是“自我韬晦”、适切受众、反应性和追求说服受众。在全球化的今天把握新闻篇章的特点，有助于提升中国对外报道的有效性。

| Abstract: | In the media bombardment age, news has become an important part of our daily lives. Rhetorical discourse charac- teristically is planned, adapted to the audience, shaped by human motives, responsive to a situation, and persuasion - seeking, the features of which are also suitable to news reports. The features of news reports are concluded as follows ： self - effacement or sprez- zatura, adaption to the audience, responsiveness to a situation and pursuit of persuasion to the audience. In the current highly - globalised world, it is imperative to understand and master the characteristics of news discourse to improve the effectiveness in the o- verseas reports. |
