保安族传统体育文化研究

保安族竞技项目（夺腰刀、甩抛尕）、骑术项目（射箭、打五枪、抹旗）、游艺项目（打石头）、表演项目（响铃操）、水上项目（牛、羊皮袋渡河比赛）和竞力项目（抱腰、顶牛、拉爬牛），是保安族传统体育文化的典型表现形式；保安族传统体育文化形成于保安族人民对地理环境的适应、生存生活的需要、宗教信仰的追求、传统习俗的满足和军事活动产物；保安族传统体育文化具有健身娱乐、观赏和团结功能。建议对保安族传统体育文化进行科学涵化，发展保安族的传统体育文化。

A Research on Traditional Physical Culture of the Bonan People

The research presents some typical manifestations of Bonan people＇s traditional physical culture, such as Bonan people＇s competitive proiects--wining broadsword, flinging and throwing Ga; riding events-archery, giving five shots, wiping flags; recreational events-playing stone; performance events--belling exercises; water sports-- the race of crossing the river using the leather bags of cattle and sheep; competing strength events--pulling the waist, goring cattle, pulling and climbing cattle, which reflects Bonan people＇s adapting to geographical environ- ment, the need of surviving and pursing religious beliefs, satisfaction of the traditional customs and the accessory of military activities. Bonan people＇s traditional physical culture possesses such functions as entertainment, watching and uniting. It is suggested that Bonan people＇ s traditional physical culture should be improved scientifically so as to be promoted.
