| 摘 要： | 通过对山西省高校体育现状的调查研究，认为体育经费不足，结构性浪费，配置不合理是制约山西省高校体育发展的关键。为了适应２１世纪高校体育发展的需要，提出实现高校体育资源合理配置的设想与建议。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the authors have made an investigation on present P.E. situation of Shanxi colleges and Universities. The results show that the shortage of funds, structural waste and irrational distribution of resources severely restrict P.E. development. Some suggestions are put forward on how to rationally distribute P.E. resources. |
