| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料和问卷调查法 ,对闽西城镇居民的体育行为进行研究分析 ,结果显示 ,闽西城镇居民参加活动的积极性较高 ,目的性明确 ,体育行为目的的主要来源生理方面的需要 ,体育场馆、公园、学校是人们常去场所 ;登山、球类、游泳、是人们常选的项目 ;由于“工作紧 ,没时间”制约城镇居民的煅炼积极性 ,“体育场地和运动设施”不足 ,体育指导员与体育人口的比例不协调 ,对我市体育煅炼现状都会产生不同影响。

| Abstract: | the investigation is based on the bada collection and questionnaire.The result shows that the town citizens in West fujian do their exercises activeiy and have clear purpose.Their motivation of physical training is generated by their physicalneed.The places where they often do their exercises include gym pak and school .The items people usually choose are climbing ,playing balls and swimming .The factors that influence the citizens 'enthusiasn in athletic sports in our city are as follws:"I am busy .I have no time";an insufficiency of physical training fields and facilities ;physical training instructors are inconsistent the population of exerciser |
