| Abstract: | Comrade Jiang Ze min's theory of"Three Represent's" carries on Marxism. The major significance of the theory lies in the fact that it properly reflects the spirit of the times, scientifically summarizes historical experience,manifests the basic laws of social development and therefore settles the significant theoretical issue of how to build the ruling party in the new period. |
