| 摘 要： | 本文基于实地调查材料,分析了农村劳动力的社会行为取向与文化素质之间的相互关系,由此得出的结论是文化素质高的农村劳动力大多从事非农业劳动,而从事农业劳动的多为文化素质较低的农村劳动力.

| Abstract: | This text has analysed the interreaction between the rural laborer's social behavior orientation and cutural quality auording to the field of investigation material.Therefore,the conclusion is:the most high-quality rural laborers take part in non-agricultural work,and rural laborers with poor qualities take part in agriculture work. |
