对新时期高校学生党建工作的思考

高校学生党建工作取得了明显成绩,但也出现了学生入党动机功利性因素增加、学生党员的教育与管理缺乏针对性等新问题。这些问题的产生,既有复杂的社会环境、市场经济负面效应等原因,也有社会结构巨变、部分基层党组织认识不足等因素的影响。面对新的形势,高校组织部门应当用科学发展观统领学生党建工作,赋予学生党建工作新的内容,整合校内资源,开创新时期党建工作新局面。

Thoughts about the Colleges Student Party Construction Work in New Period

The college student party construction work has got manifest achievements,but the new factors and problems have come forth.Both new problems that students' motion for profit to join the party increasing,and student communists' education and management out of aim also come out.Those problems bring forth from complicated social circumstance,market economy negative effect,social organ's enormous changes,and a part of basic party organization lack of the right recognition.Facing up to the new situation,party construction section in colleges should apply scientific development strategy to lead student party construction,to confer new contents on it,to integrate all kinds of resources,and to create a new situation in new period.
