大学公共英语教学中学生自主学习能力的培养

摘    要:自主学习是个体自觉确定学习目标、制定学习计划、选择学习方法、监控学习过程、评价学习过程和结果的能力。自主学习对个体的毕生发展具有极为重要的意义,学生要适应社会的快速发展,必须具有自主学习能力。学生自主学习能力主要是在学校中借助于系统的自主学习训练来获得,其发展遵循着从他控到自控、从被动到能动、从有意识到自动化等规律。

Abstract:Autonomous learning refers to the capability of controling all aspects of one's learning,from consciously setting aims and making plans in advance to selecting one's proper methods,monitoring process and evaluating process and performance afterwards.Autonomous learning can make an important difference in people's lifelong development.Today,students are required to become autonomous learners to fit the changing pace of society.The capability of autonomous learning is mainly obtained through the systematic training in the school.Its development follows such rules as from other-people-control to self-control,from passiveness to activeness,and from consciousness to autonomy and so on.
