| 摘 要： | 地理标志权是一种重要的知识产权保护类型,寒地黑土作为黑龙江特有的生态环境,历史的发展和得天独厚的地理位置为其储备了丰富的宝贵的地理标志资源。以绿色产业为核心的寒地黑土经济有着巨大的开发潜力、广阔的市场前景,但必须加强对寒地黑土地理标志的法律保护,才能保障和促进寒地黑土经济的竞争优势,使其成为具有区域优势的特色经济。

| Abstract: | Rights for the protection of geographical signs are significant in intellectual property rights.As an ecological circumstance peculiar to Heilongjiang province,the cold region and black glebe is well known in the country.Centering on green produce,it has much potential in economical development and is promising in market prospect.It is of great need for us to reinforce the market protection of the cold region and black glebe sign so as to ensure and promote the competitive advantages and to make it be part of the feature economy with regional superiority. |
