摘    要:目前五年制学前教育专业主要以师范院校为基地、以先学后做、集中实习的模式来培养幼儿园教师,这种培养模式存在着难以服务一线幼儿园,难以形成和提升幼师生的专业素养和实践能力等一系列问题.而构建基于园校互动平台的学前教育专业培养模式,即建立“人才共育”的园校互动平台、进行“工学结合”的园校深层合作,则更能符合高职教育的特点,为社会培养高素质技能型的幼儿园教师.

Abstract:At present, normal colleges and schools are teaching bases of majors of five - yearspreschool education. In the bases, teachers of kindergartens are taught by the mode of learning before doing and of centralized practice, which bring about a series of problems that it is difficult to serve kindergartens and to form and improve students professional quality and practical ability. Whereas it conforms with the features of higher vocational education, the cultivation of preschool teachers' high quality and skills to construct a professional training mode of five - year preschool Education based on kindergarten - school interaction and to carry out a kindergarten - school deep cooperation of working- learning combination.
