| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育大众化进程的不断加快,我国高等教育的供需矛盾日益加剧,资金缺口不断加大,其经费筹措问题愈来愈成为人们日益关注的焦点。通过对2000—2007年全国普通高校教育经费来源的分析,提出如何合理分配与使用有限的高等教育经费以及今后高等教育经费筹集的对策。
