| Abstract: | The mechanical safety requirement of welder inverter and the safeguard of IGBT module in inverter are introduced.The former includes cable setting mechanism, impact resistance,traveling device,drop resistance and dip stability.The latter includes：typical safeguards of drive circuit;protection against over current,over heat and over-under-voltage; absorb circuit. |
