对现有幼师学校管理的思考

幼师学校是培养合格幼儿师资的摇篮,也是培养专业化幼儿教师的重要途径。现有的幼师学校在管理方面观念落后,没有突出以学生为中心,未能实现以人为本的管理模式。本文从以人为本的理念出发,提出从改变管理的自身目的性、确立以学生为中心的管理方略和营造良好的管理氛围三个环节来改变这一现状。
