| Abstract: | This paper introduces Albert Bandera's learning motives on perceived-self-efficiency and analyzes the influence and effect of the theory on teaching students. It also presents the importance and feasibility to apply the theory to practical teaching in order that the application is beneficial to both teaching and learning. |
