摘    要:实践教学是适应当前社会经济发展、培养应用型人才的有效手段。为适应当今中国法学本科教学培养法律应用型人才的根本目标,各种实践性教学方式被应用于现代法学教学中,模拟法庭教学法是其中卓有成效的一种。搞好模拟法庭实践教学的关键是教师在教学中角色、地位的转换,即教师应转换为学生学习的组织者、引导者和评价者。

Abstract:Practical teaching is an effective measure to keep up with the development of social economy and train students' practical ability.To meet the fundamental goal of legal practical talents in China,a variety of practical teaching methods are used in modern legal education,of which the simulated courts teaching is an effective one.The key of successful simulated courts teaching lies in the teacher's role and status to be converted as organizer,guide,or cooperator.
