| Abstract: | The legal status of ancient Chinese businessmen was lowered in general,contrast to the current situation that businessmen are an integral part of the society.Many scholars hold that legal contempt for businessmen is caused by the Confucius view of righteousness and interest.This article starts from this misunderstanding and analyses the value orientation of utilitarianism that affects the legal contempt for businessmen. |
