| 摘 要： | 文学与历史总是相互作用、相互影响的。新门监狱作为英国历史上有名的监狱之一,给文学提供了素材,也推动了文学的发展。主要纪录新门监狱一些有名的犯罪和罪犯的带有传记性质的《新门监狱纪事》直接影响了犯罪小说的产生并为侦探小说的发展奠定了基础。
