The Application of Communicative Approach to Spoken English Teaching in Higher Vocational Schools

With the development of the globalization and the increase of foreign trade activities,many business enterprises make the fluent degree of English speech being one of the important conditions that the students accept appointments.As the education base providing technicians to society,the importance of the spoken English teaching in higher vocational colleges gradually gets a widespread concern.At present,short of true language communication social environment,the classroom is the main place for students to study English.Therefore,how to raise the spoken English teaching quality and train students to have certain communicative skills of spoken English,becomes an important English teaching task in higher vocational colleges.
