中国应对金融危机地区发展策略研究——以天津市经济发展模式为例

2008年以后,金融危机对中国经济的影响逐渐加强,并呈现出明显的区域性、行业性特点.作为受金融危机影响较大的东部沿海地区的天津市,以滨海新区为依托,积极吸引国内外资金,大力发展民营企业和重点行业,推进产业结构升级,通过扩大内需谋发展,有效地克服了金融危机带来的消极影响,促进了经济的高速持续增长,对各地区"保增长促发展"提供了积极的借鉴作用.

Study on China Resolving Financial Crisis of Regional Development Policy-Based on Example of Tianjin Economic Developing Model

After 2008 year,financial crisis effect on China economic development become further,and also presents regional and industry characteristic.As the eastern coast city which suffer more negative effect of the global financial crisis,Tianjin gets more sustained and rapid development of economy by attracting foreign and domestic capital,developing attract foreign capital and important sectors,upgrading of the industrial structure,expanding domestic demand,etc.Studying Tianjin economic model,is seized of very importance to China regional development on resisting financial crisis.
