| 摘 要： | 基于对相关文献的系统分析,本文指出组织生态学正在逐渐形成比较完整的理论体系,并且通过相关学科的比较研究,提出了组织生态学研究对象的四层次结构,进而对各个层次的主要研究内容和发展方向作了分析。虽然组织种群生态学是组织生态学最活跃的领域,也是研究的核心和基础,但是组织生态系统则是新的重要研究领域。

| Abstract: | Based on the systemic surveying of literatures, this paper puts forwards that the complete theoretical framework of organizational ecology is forming gradually. By the comparative analysis of other relevant related sciences, a four level hierarchical structure of organizational ecology research is brought forward and the main research contents and future directions of the each level are discussed then. In the hierarchical structure, population ecology is foundation of others grows up and the most active field, but the organizational ecosystem is the important new research topic. |
