信息产业发达国家发展信息产业的主要经验及其借鉴

本文在廓清信息产业内涵的基础上，分析发现美国、日本、韩国和印度等信息产业发达国家，都具有自身的产业规模和优势，有许多经验值得借鉴。加大对信息产业的投入，对信息产业进行政策扶植；不断强化激励措施，大力培养和引进信息产业人才；提高自主创新能力，建立以企业为主的自主创新体系；构建法律法规体系，保护知识产权，是促进我国信息产业快速、健康发展的主要经验借鉴。

Experiences for Reference Of Developing Information Industry by Developed Countries in Information Industry

In this paper,on the basis of clearing the connotation of the information industry,we analyze and find that the United States,Japan,South Korea and India,which are the developed information industry countries,have their own advantages and great industry.Therefore,there are a lot of experiences are worth learning from for our country.What we should draw experience references that can promote our country' IT industry are enlarging investment in IT industry,carrying out fostering on IT industry in policy,strengthening the stimulating measures to talented person,training and introducing IT industry unceasingly,improving capability of independent innovation,building the independent innovation system of the enterprises as the mainstay,establishing the laws and statutes system,protecting the intellectual property.
