高等技术应用型人才培养模式的探索与实践

摘    要:根据社会需求对学生进行相应的职业技术、技能、技艺培养,是职业院校担负的主要任务。知识经济的特征是社会发展不仅取决于资源、资本、硬件技术的数量、规模和增量,而且更依赖于知识或有效信息的积累和利用。综合国力和国际竞争将取决于获取知识、运用知识和创造新知识能力的竞争,即教育的竞争。对于职业教育而言,则取决于如何通过高等技术应用型人才培养模式培养出适应这种竞争所需要的人才。近两年来,中国职业教育形成了多渠道、多模式的发展态势。从职业院校的每个专业培养目标来看,它与普通教育的区别在于具有技术理论和操作技能相结合的特定的教育形式。

Abstract:According to the social requirements, to let the students have the equivalent vocational knowledge, technical abilities and technical skills are the main tasks of the vocational colleges. The characteristic of the knowledge-based economy is that the social development not only depends on the quantity, the scale, the increment of the resource, the capital, and the hardware, but also depends on the accumulation and utilization of knowledge or efficient information. The national synthetically strength and international competition depends on the competition of knowledge acquirement, knowledge management and knowledge innovation, namely the competition of education. For vocational education, it depends on if the talents educated in a successful educational mode accommodate this competition. Since recent two years, the Chinese vocational education has become a developable situation that has many outlets and many modes. From the teaching aim of each profession of the vocational college, the differentiation with the common education is that it has the particular educational form. The form is the theories combined with the technical ability of operation.
