| 摘 要： | 文章针对高校外语教师职业压力的消极影响,根据其心理机制,采用因素分析法,从社会、职业和个人三个方面研究高校外语教师职业压力产生的原因,结合心理学提出相应的解决办法.

| Abstract: | Based on the psychological mechanism,this article probes into the occupational stressors of foreign language teachers in universities by using the method of factor analysis.The results show that the occupational stressors come from three aspects:society,occupation and teacher himself.And also it proposes several feasible solutions from the viewpoint of psychology. |
