| 摘 要： | 当前,我国就业面临着前所未有的挑战,人力资源丰富成为我国惟一的比较优势.从世界范围来看,今后10～20年是我国人力资源开发的最好时期,我国必须进一步发挥人力资源优势,加强人力资源能力建设,提高劳动力素质水平,以人为本,推进新型工业化,构建终身教育体系,构建中国特色的学习型社会.

| Abstract: | At present employment in our country faces the unexpected challenge, richful human resource is the only comparative advantage. It is the good stage for developing human resource in 10 or 20 years, we must make full use of the advantage of human resource, enhance the construction of human resource ability, improve labour force's quality, promote new type industrialization based on human, construct life-long education system and learning society with Chinese characteristics. |
