光照和温度对鸟巢蕨光合速率的影响研究

摘    要:利用CO2光合测定仪分析了引种栽培的鸟巢蕨叶片的光合补偿点和饱和光强,并进行光合有效辐射和温度对光合速率影响的研究.结果表明:鸟巢蕨叶片光补偿点的光强为3.8umol·m^-2·s^-1,饱和光强约为400mol·m^-2·s^-1;叶片光合速率在30℃时达到最大值,最适温度为17~32℃.

Abstract:With Lico - 6400 portable photosynthesis analysis system, light compensation point and saturation light intensity for the pteridophyte Neottopteris nidus grown in greenhouse were studied. The studies were conducted to investigate the relations between photosynthetic rate and light intensity and temperature. The resuhs showed that the compensation irradianee was 3.8 umol · m^- 2 · s^-1. Saturation light intensity was about 400 umol· m^-2 · s^-1. The net photosynthetic rate was the highest at leaf temperature 30 ℃, the optimal temperature was from 17 to 32 ℃.
