| 摘 要： | 根据开放教育与普通教育的不同特点,分析了云南开放大学资源建设中目前存在的问题,以资源建设中的教学设计为切入点,论述了教学设计在开放大学资源建设中的重要性,提出了对不同媒体资源进行教学设计的思路以及对资源建设者的要求.

| Abstract: | According to the different characteristics of open learning and general education, the problems in the construction of teaching resources of Yunnan Open University are analyzed. By taking teaching design as a starting point, the paper discusses the importance of the teaching design proposes the some ideas and requirements for instructional design and its signers in the resource construction of different media resources. |
