摘    要:教师与儿童发展、教师整体素质提高的理论框架和对教师本体人文的关怀是教师心理健康研究的指导思想,教师心理健康对于教育教学质量、学生健康成长和教师身心健康具有重要作用。当前影响我国教师心理健康的因素是多方面的,因此必须改善教师心理健康状况,这应与对教师的要求及对他们的理解和关怀密切结合。

Abstract:The theoretical framework of teacher and child development, promotion of teachers' quality, and the humanistic care for teachers are the guidelines for the research of teachers' psychological well-being. The psychological well-being of teachers is of great significance to the quality of education, children's healthy development and the health of teachers. Nowadays there are many factors affecting teachers' psychological well-being. So we must improve their psychological well-being and integrate the demand on teachers with understanding of and solicitude to them.
