厦门市城市居住区体育设施配套建设相关法规实效性的研究

运用问卷调查和文献资料等方法，对厦门市城市居住区体育设施配套建设现状进行了调查，分析了相关法规情况及其实效性，找出厦门市城市居住区体育设施配套建设现行法规的缺陷，以及执行过程中存在的问题，并提出相应的对策与建议，供立法机关在创制、修改、宣传法规和执法监督时参考。

Study on Effectiveness of the Rules Related to Attachment Construction of the Facilities in the Urban Residential Areas in the City of Xiamen

Through the survey on the status quo of necessary construction of the physical facilities in the urban residential areas of Xiamen, the authors analyzed the situation and effectiveness of the relevant rules by means of questionnaire and literature, and found out the shortcomings of the present rules and the problems when carrying out the rules. Meanwhile the authors put forward some countermeasures and suggestions as references for the legislature when makeing, modifieing and publicizing the rules and supervising the execution of the rules.
