| 摘 要： | 南岳自然存在的秀丽远不如她的社会存在、历史存在的辉煌，她积淀下几千年的历史人文，代表着一种深厚的文化。湖湘文化的起点在南岳，鼎盛期也在南岳．因此南岳文化内容比起湖湘文化来要宽得多。此外，她还有道教文化、佛教文化，特别是禅宗文化、荆楚的俗文化等等。中国历史上的四次南渡是其形成与发展的重要因素。南岳文化是南岳旅游建设的灵魂。

| Abstract: | The natural scenery of Nanyue is less magnificent than its humanism environment which is aggregated by thousands years of history representing a certain thicker culture. Huxiang Culture is derived and developed from Nanyue culture. Including Dao Culture, Buddhism Culture and Jingchu Culture, the content of Nanyue Culture is broader than that of Huxiang culture. The Four Southward Movements cause the formation and development of Nanyue Culture which is the key to the development of Nanyue tourism. |
