| 摘 要： | 美国经济史学家道格拉斯·诺思在《西方世界的兴起》一书中深入独到地探究了 1 7世纪英国经济增长的原因 ,率先将经济和历史研究的重点从浅层的现象和生产要素引入深层的制度和所有权体系 ,令人叹服地揭示出制度和所有权体系同经济兴衰之间的内在联系 ,在事实和逻辑高度统一的基础上揭示了经济增长的真实奥秘。本文试用借鉴诺思的所有权思想 ,从制度和所有权体系层次 ,对 2 0世纪实践历史及教训进行重新认识 ,并对所有权的变革提出管孔之见
