心理干预对腹腔镜围手术期患者的影响

目的探讨腹腔镜围手术期患者的心理状态，从而采取针对性的心理干预，为进一步做好腹腔镜围手术期病人的心理护理提供依据。方法随机选取妇科腹腔镜手术患者80例，在实心理干预前后采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行评定分析，并采取针对性的心理干预。结果心理干预前后SCL-90各症状因子有差异，尤其以躯体不适．抑郁、焦虑、恐怖因子在心理干预前明显高于心理干预后。结论对腹腔镜围手术期患者实施心理干预切实有效，有效地促进了患者的身心健康。
