| 摘 要： | 过去十多年,高等教育全球化市场发展的一个显著特征是跨境分校在世界范围的迅速扩张.为了提高国际声望、探寻新的高等教育市场,高等教育发达国家纷纷在其他国家建立跨境分校.本文首先简要描述了跨境分校在国际范围的发展现状和基本特征,然后分析了这类办学机构遇到的来自办学理念、制度和文化等方面的挑战.最后结合在华跨境分校的办学经验和问题,从可持续发展的角度,提出了完善我国跨境分校未来发展的政策议题.

| Abstract: | One of the distinctive features of global higher education market development is the proliferation of branch campuses throughout the world.With the intention of increasing international profile and exploring new educational market,a number of leading higher education players are opening branch campuses in different countries,especially in Asia.The paper describes the general trends and characteristics of international branch campuses and analyses the potential market and problems facing the international branch campuses in Mainland China.Some emerging challenges and policy agendas of the future development of branch campuses are put forward in regard to its sustainable growth. |
