我国房地产市场营销创新的理论与实践及其启示

摘    要:房地产企业要能在激烈的市场竞争中求生存谋发展,必须摆脱旧的思维理念定势,在营销上进行改革和创新。为此,文章对我国房地产营销创新的理论与实践作了比较深入的考察与分析,同时解读了百强企业的营销创新模式,并从中获得了几点有益的启示。

Abstract:In order to survive and develop in the fierce competitive market of the real estate industry, enterprises of real estate should break away from the old beliefs and carry out innovation and reform in operating market, This article makes a deep research into the innovative theories and practices of Chinese real estate market and obtains several enlightenments though analyzing marketing models utilized by enterprises of 100 tops.
