| 摘 要： | 以索尼为代表的一批技术领先企业在新时期逐渐失去了以往的创新能力和优势地位.这既有领先企业自身的原因,也与时代的变化密切相关.回顾了以往的研究成果,即技术领先两难悖论,创新者的两难,以及开放式创新理论.分析了近年来经济技术环境的变化,提出从内外技术合作,市场反应能力和内部管理能力三个方面对领先企业进行改革的必要性,并以索尼困境为例进行了案例分析.提出对技术领先企业进行调整的建议.

| Abstract: | A number of leading enterprises, for example Sony, have gradually lost their superiority in innovation, it should be attributed to enterprises own reasons, as well as the change of era. The author reviews past research results, analyzes economic and technological change in the environment in recent years, then points out the need for reform in technology cooperation, market responsibility and internal management capability. Then Sony is taken as an example for case study, Relative suggestions are given out at the end. |
