| 摘 要： | 由于电子信息技术的高速发展，电磁辐射已成为一种新型特殊的环境污染，尤其是移动电话及其基站和其它个人通讯系统产生的射频电磁场，其生物效应和机理研究一直还存在较大的分歧。就近年来有关手机电磁辐射的生物效应及机理研究进展作一个综述。

| Abstract: | Because of the rapid development of the electronic information technology,the electromag-netic radiation has become a new kind of special environmental pollution,especially the RF magnetic field from the cell-phones,its bases and other individual communication system.There is a big difference between its biological effect and mechanism study.This paper mainly discusses the biological effect of the electromagnetic radiation from the cell-phones and mechanism in recent years. |
