摘    要:长期以来,我国教师教育在体制上形成职前培养与职后培训相分离的互不关联的错位双轨制。制约了教师教育水平的提高,也严重影响了独立设置的成人教育学院的发展;在教师教育新体系下,教师教育体制将从培养培训相分离向培养培训一体化转变,改制将是独立设置的省级成人教育学院实现可持续发展的有效出路。

Abstract:For a long time,there have been two irrelevant systems in the education of teachers before and after their employment,restricting the improvement of the education of teachers and seriously influencing the development of the institute of education as an independent institution.The new system of teacher education will turn from the irrelevant systems to an integrative system.The system transformation will be an effective way for the realization of a sustainable development of the specially set-up provincial institute of education for adults.
