| 摘 要： | 歧义是自然语言中的一个普通的现象，英语和汉语也不例外。尽管英语和汉语有一些不同之处，但它们同样有一些共同的特性。本文综合运用现代句法理论的一些分析方法从以下几方面对英汉句法歧义句的共性进行探讨：空语类PRO引起的歧义、量化词提升引起的逻辑结构性歧义、并列结构中粘合程度不同所造成的歧义、否定结构造成的歧义以及定语修饰对象不清引起的歧义。

| Abstract: | Languages are far more ambiguous than one might have thought. There are many syntactic structures for certain natural sentences of both English and Chinese. Although English and Chinese have some differences, they do share some common characteristics. This paper discusses generality of syntactic ambiguity in English and Chinese language from the following aspects: ambiguity caused by null category PRO, by quantifier raising, by different scales of cohesion in coordinate construction, by semantic scope in the negative structures, and by oblique attributive modifiers. |
