新时期临床医学研究生诚信教育重要性的认识

阐述当前医学研究生诚信现状,分析了研究生诚信缺失的原因如受市场经济价值取向功利化的影响、与社会主义市场经济转轨过程中经济道德转轨的大环境改变、高等学校道德教育的弊端、研究生自身素质的缺陷等,提出临床医学研究生诚信教育的重要性及加强医学研究生诚信教育的对策如因材施教、搞好校园文化建设、发挥研究生导师的引导和表率作用。

The Importance of Moral Education for Postgraduate Students of Clinical Medicine in Modern China

We study the current moral situation of postgraduate medical students and possible causes for their lack of moral integrity.We discover that the following could adversely affect students' morality: the current influence of market forces on students' value system,the current changing economic environment and its affect on morality,the shortcomings of university moral education programmes and the generally lower moral standard among students.To improve students' morality we need to place a higher importance on moral education and improve the instruction methods.The following methods may provide a firm base for positive progress in moral education: implementing personalized moral education strategies,positive improvements to student culture on campus and to encourage more moral input from the tutors.
