论大学课前漫谈的组织原则

作为一种辅助教学形式，课前漫谈能有效促进课堂教学，故而可以广泛用于大学教学中。为了保障课前漫谈的教学效果，在实施时应该坚持“保证学习内容开放性，调动学生参与意识”、“尊重学习者主体地位，促进学生自我管理”、“倡导发现式学习，培养学生学习兴趣”及“提倡民主与平等，建构和谐师生关系”等组织原则。

On Some Organizational Principles of Discussion before Class in University

Warming-up discussion before class as an assistant teaching method should be widely used in the universities for its promotion of class teaching efficiency. To reach a quality teaching,teachers should consider some principles as follows when they implement the discussion ahead of the teaching： to guarantee contents open to all the students and to motive their sense of participation,to respect stu~lents＇ subject status and to improve their ability to selfmanagement,to initiate discovery learning and to raise students＇ interest in study, to advocate democracy and equality and to develop a good teacher-student relationship.
