| Abstract: | English maritime official documents are written in formal style withmaritime technical terminology and official document style. Its uniquelinguistic features are analyzed and elaborated from the lexical,syntactic and discourse perspectives and some practical Chinesetranslation techniques are proposed accordingly. It is hoped that thestudy endeavored here is of some practical guidance for Chinesetranslation of English maritime official documents. |
