| 摘 要： | 现代大学制度并非一个既定的存在，而是一个建构中的事实。现代大学制度在结构上具有四个方面基本特征：开放性、适应性、民族性和国际性，其核心特征是适应性。现代大学制度建设的重心是完善大学与社会的联系环节，建立有效的社会参与大学管理机制。

| Abstract: | Modern university system has not existed already,but has been constructing.It has four structural specialties:openness,adaptation,nationalization,internationalization,and its core is adaptation.The focus of modern university's constructing is to improve the loop of university links with society,build an effective mechanism of society participating into university management. |
