| Abstract: | The content of speciality overall arrangement includes speciality orientation, demand degree, developing distribution principle and developing steps. In order to do speciality overall arrangement we should grasp the trend of regional economic development, learn the situation of demand and supply on talents, the using of educational resources, guess correctely the speciality demand, publicize guiding policy, conform to the steps of investigation, analysis, plan, policy, implement and evaluation. |
