| 摘 要： | 为分析Cox模型在疾病恶化中的运用,以某地近三年内乙肝患者的调查数据为样本,分析影响患者乙肝恶化的可能因素.然后结合生存分析理论,运用SPSS 18.0对相关数据进行Cox模型分析.本文从应用的角度说明了Cox模型的结构、意义及其应用,并给出参数估计和假设检验的方法.

| Abstract: | In order to analyze the use of the Cox model in disease progression, using the survey data of hepatitis B patients of certain region, this paper analyzes the possible factors affecting deterioration of hepatitis B patients.With the theory of survival analysis and SPSS 18.0, it makes an analysis of the relevant date in light of the Cox model, and from the perspective of application, illustrates the Cox model＇ s structure, meaning, and application, and draws the parameter estimation and the method of hypothesis testing. |
