摘 要: | 社会需求的转变使得工商管理专业人才培养模式的革新成为必然。基于社会需求转变,工商管理本科专业应将人才培养目标定位转变为培养职业经理人。为适应职业经理人胜任力各维度和要素的培养,文章从课程体系调整、教学方法改进、人才培养质量监控和评价体系等方面探讨了吉首大学基于职业经理人培养的工商管理专业人才培养模式。

Abstract: | The reform of training model of business administration sepeciality has become inevitable with the change of society needs. Based on the change,business administration undergraduate training objectives should position on trainning professional manangers. The paper, takes Jishou Universtiy as an example, discusses how to cultivate professional managers from the follow- ing aspects,curriculum adjustment, teaching methods improvement, training quality monitoring and evaluation system construc- tion. |
