构建职业岗位实践教学语境探究与实践——以高职院校《职业发展与就业指导》课程为例

大学生毕业后面临着就业问题，而对大学生进行就业观念教育和职业规划教育是帮助毕业生顺利就业的重要手段。面对当前巨大的就业压力，各高校均设置了就业指导课程，但课程的设置方式与教学内容还不够完善。笔者总结多年来的教学经验，大胆地改革与创新就业指导课程形式与内容，创新教学模式，构建更加系统的特色的就业指导课程教学体系，坚持以学生为本，结合个体就业指导，建立具有自身特色的实践教学体系，不断改进和创新教学内容与方法，探索教学评价新方式，有效提高毕业生就业竞争力。

Research and Practice of Building Professional Post Practice Teaching Context --Take the Course The Career Development and Employment Guidance as an Example

College students all face the employment problems after graduating, while it is an important means to help graduates find jobs successfully that to attitudes of employment and career planning education for college students. Currently, facing the great employment pressure,universities are setting up the employment guidance courses,but it is still not perfect on the setting mode of courses and teaching contents. The author summarizes the teaching experience,in order to improve college students＂ em- ployment concept, boldly reform and innovate the forms and content of employment guidance courses. At the same time, innovate the teaching mode, construct the system of employment guidance courses more systemative and full of characteristics. Adhere to student centered,establish the practical teaching system, also continuous to improve and innovate the teaching contents and methods, explore the new ways of teaching evaluation, so as to effectively improve the graduates employment competitive pow- er.
