Study on Ideological and Political Education to Young Teachers in Universities in the New Period

Young teachers who are important part of college teacher groups is the major force of development of higher education career and the guider of college students on knowledge study and ideological progress. It is significant that we strengthen and improve ideological and political education to young teachers in universities. For young teachers in universities ideological and political work, we should adhere to people--oriented, solve practical problems of young teachers, create the conditions actively to carry out social practice activities;strengthen the ideological and political education through network;face psychological problem and focus on young teachers＇ mental health.
