“国培计划”实施效果调查研究

通过对参加四川省＂国培计划＂不同学科培训项目的老师进行问卷调查和统计分析,掌握了参训教师在培训内容、培训方式、培训师资等方面的诉求,以及对培训效果的评价。调查表明参培教师对＂国培计划＂实施效果总的来说持肯定态度,但在一些具体问题上仍有明显的取向差异,今后的培训工作还需要在诸多方面进行调整和完善。

A Study on the Effect of National Training Plan for Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Sichuan Province

Through questionnaire survey and statistical analysis of the teachers taking part in different disciplines of NTPPSST in Sichuan Provence,this paper masters the teachers’ demands of participating in training contest,training methods,teacher trainer and other aspects,as well as their evaluation of training effectiveness.The survey shows that in general the teachers hold a positive attitude to the implementation effect of NTPPSST,but there are still some obvious orientation differences for the specific issues.Therefore,future training needs adjustment and improvement in many aspects.
